摘　　要：国家经济由高速增长转向高质量发展,农业产业转型升级和发展对涉农技能型人才提出更高的要求,将工匠精神融入高职院校技能型人才培养过程是时代发展的必然趋势。涉农类专业技能型人才培养与工匠精神培育在价值导向、核心内涵、实践路径上高度契合,以工匠精神引领高职涉农类专业技能型人才培养,探索高职涉农类专业技能型人才培养新路径,为乡村振兴提供优质人才支撑。The national economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development,and the transformation,upgrading and development of the agricultural industry has put forward higher requirements for agricultural-related skilled talents.It is an inevitable trend of the times to integrate the craftsman spirit into the training process of skilled talents in vocational colleges.The cultivation of agriculture-related professional skills is highly consistent with the cultivation of craftsman spirit in terms of value orientation,core connotation and practice path,leading the cultivation of agriculture-related professionals in vocational colleges with the spirit of craftsmen,and exploring a new path for the cultivation of agriculture-related professional skills in higher vocational educations,so as to provide high-quality talent support for rural revitalization.
