摘 要:数字时代下,数字胜任力正逐渐成为教师有效发挥其专业能力的“触媒”。面对数字化教育资源的不足、数字化教育技能的匮乏、数字化教育评价的缺失等困境,提升教师利用数字技术优化、创新和变革教育教学活动的意识、能力和责任,是破除教师数字胜任力发展瓶颈,提升职业教育教师队伍专业能力的重要突破口之一。依据教育部发布的《教师数字素养》教育行业标准及对国内外职业院校数字胜任力理论框架的分析,并结合课题组的实证研究,构建了包含3个一级要素和10个二级要素的职业院校教师数字胜任力内涵要素通用框架。基于该理论框架的方向指引性,提出职业院校教师数字胜任力的提升策略:构建数字化培训体系,推动数字化资源建设,提供数字化学习机会,鼓励数字协作和创新,建立考核和激励机制。Digital competence is gradually becoming a“catalyst”for teachers to effectively develop their professional competence in the digital age.In the face of the dilemmas of insufficient digital education resources,lack of digital education skills,and lack of digital education evaluation,how to enhance the awareness,ability and responsibility of teachers to use digital technology to optimize,innovate and change education and teaching activities is one of the most important breakthroughs to break the bottleneck of the development of teachers’digital competence and to enhance the professional competence of the vocational education teaching force.Based on the education industry standard of“Teachers’Digital Literacy”issued by the Ministry of Education and the analysis of the theoretical framework of digital competence in vocational colleges at home and abroad,and combining with the empirical research of the subject group,a generalized framework of the connotative elements of digital competence for teachers in vocational colleges,which contains 3 first-level elements and 10 second-level elements,has been constructed.Based on the direction of the theoretical framework,the strategies for improving the digital competence of vocational college teachers are proposed:building a digital training system,promoting the construction of digital resources,providing digital learning opportunities,encouraging digital collaboration and innovation,and establishing assessment and incentive mechanisms.
