摘 要:增强乡村振兴本土人才学习收获是提升乡村本土人才培养质量的治本之策。本研究以湖南农民大学生为调查对象,采用标准化量表对其学习动机、自我效能感、学习收获进行调查。运用SPSS25.0进行数据分析,经描述性分析、差异显著性检验与中介效应检验,发现:农民大学生学习收获水平较高,自主学习能力提升为首要收获,学习动机水平高于一般开放教育学习者,自我效能感高于理论值;农民大学生学习收获、学习动机、自我效能感在年龄、学习时长、职业等方面存在显著差异;农民大学生学习动机、自我效能感和学习收获显著相关,学习动机、自我效能感对农民大学生学习收获的正向影响显著,自我效能感在农民大学生学习动机和学习收获之间起中介作用。应从激活强化学习动机、增强学习自信心等视角提升学习者学习收获,改进乡村振兴本土人才培育实践模式,提升乡村振兴本土人才培育质量。Strengthening the learning harvest of local talents in rural revitalization is the fundamental solution to improve the quality of rural local talents training and an important strategy to improve the quality of farmers.This study takes open education peasant college students as the object,and uses a standardized scale to investigate the learning motivation,self-efficacy and learning harvest of this group.The results of the data analysis with the help of SPSS 25.0,descriptive analysis,difference significance test and intermediary effect test show that:the level of learning harvest of peasant college students is high,the improvement of autonomous learning ability is the primary harvest,the level of learning motivation is higher than that of general open education learners,and the sense of self-efficacy is higher than the theoretical value;there are significant differences in age,learning duration,professional identity and so on;there is a significant correlation between learning motivation,self-efficacy and learning gain.Learning motivation and self-efficacy have a significant positive impact on learning harvest.Self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between learning motivation and learning harvest.On the basis of these results,some suggestions are given to improve the learning harvest of farmers’college students from the perspective of psychology.
