摘 要:机械设计综合课程设计由机械原理课程设计和机械设计课程设计整合而成,旨在通过机器运动方案分析设计与整机零部件设计的整个流程,培养学生的系统设计能力。文章介绍了基于OBE理念和BOPPPS模型的机械设计综合课程设计的教学再设计和实践。教学实践表明,课程教学达到了预期目标,提高了学生的团队协作意识、产品设计能力、项目管理能力、工程实际问题解决能力和交流表达能力。这些为综合课程设计教学的改进提供了参考。Comprehensive course design of machine design,which combines mechanism theory course design with machine design course design,is aimed at cultivating students'system design abilities through the whole process of machine motion concept analysis and design and machine design including components.Based on the concept of Outcome based education(OBE)and the model of"Bridge-in,Objective/Output,Pre-assessment,Participatoryy learning,Post-assessment,and Summary(BOPPPS)",the teaching redesign and practice of comprehensive course design of machine design is carried out.The teaching practice shows that the expected course objectives have been achieved,and the team spirit,product design ability,project management ability,engineering practical problem solving ability and communication and expression ability of students have been improved.The practice provide reference for further teaching improvement of the comprehensive course design of machine design.
