摘  要:近年来,新疆维吾尔自治区(简称新疆)立足区情,统筹规划,扎实推进全科医生培养工作,通过农村订单定向免费医学生培养项目、第二轮农牧区高中起点专科层次医学教育项目、面向南疆四地州定向培养乡村医生项目,逐步提升基层医疗人员的学历层次;统一部署规划,开展全科医生毕业后教育;以提升岗位胜任力为核心,加强全科医生继续医学教育。基本形成院校教育、毕业后教育、继续医学教育相结合的全科医学人才培养体系,为基层有效补充了一批“培养好、留得住、下得去”的全科医生,取得了初步实效,培养临床医学等专业本科医学生4 885名、面向农牧区招录高中毕业生2 704名、定向培养中专学历农村医学专业乡村医生2 290人,培养全科专业住院医师规范化培训人员2 409名、助理全科医生2 503人,累计转岗培训全科医生2 927人。In recent years,based on the regional situation,Xinjiang has made comprehensive plans and solidly promoted the training of general practitioners.Through the rural order oriented free medical student training project,the second round of agricultural and pastoral high school starting point specialized medical education project,and the targeted training of rural doctors for the four southern Xinjiang prefectures project,the educational level of primary medical personnel has gradually been improved.Through unified deplopment planning,post graduation education for general practitioners has been carried out.Continuing medical education for general practitioners has been strengthened with the core of enhancing job competence.A general practitioner training system that combines college education,post graduation education,and continuing medical education,has been basically formed,effectively supplementing a group of general practitioners who are"well trained,voluntary to stay,and able to go down"at the primary hospitals,and achieving preliminary results.4885 undergraduate medical students in clinical medicine and other majors have been trained.2704 high school graduates for agricultural and pastoral areas have been recruited.2290 targeted rural medical doctors with secondary vocational education,2409 standardized training personnel for general practitioners,2503 assistant general practitioners and a total of 2927 general practitioners for job transfer training have been trained.
