摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是国家对卫生人才培养的重大决策,是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分。安徽省立医院临床病理科住培专业基地高度重视住培工作,经过不断探索和改进,逐步建立了一套临床病理科住培培训体系——“双导师制”,制定个体化培养计划,LBL+PBL+CBL三段式教学法,科研帮扶,人文关怀,硬件配套及数字化病理切片库等。该培训取得显著成效,为该院乃至全国临床病理科住培的发展起到积极推动作用。The standardized residency training(abbreviated as residency training)is a major decision of nation on the training of health talents and an important component of post-graduation medical education.The residency training professional base of Clinical Pathology Department of Anhui Provincial Hospital attaches great importance to the residency training work.Through continuous exploration and improvement,it has gradually established a set of residency training system of clinical pathology-the"dual mentor system",formulated personalized training plans,the LBL+PBL+CBL three-stage teaching method,scientific research assistance,humanistic care,hardware support,and digital pathology section database,etc.The training has achieved significant results and plays a positive guiding and promoting role in the clinical pathology training in the hospital and even in the whole country.
