摘 要:目的 客观评价在中医肛肠科临床带教中引入医学人文教育理念的应用效果。方法 将36名参加中医肛肠科临床教学实践的住院医师随机分为观察组(n=18)和对照组(n=18),观察组采用常规带教模式结合以人文理念为核心的培训教学项目,对照组采用肛肠科常规带教模式。在轮转出科前,采用迷你临床演练评估(mini clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)联合操作技能直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)模式,并引入病患第三方评价模式,对两组进行评价分析。结果 观察组在人文素养和交流沟通方面优于对照组(P<0.05);在病患第三方评价中,观察组得分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将医学人文教育融入中医肛肠科临床带教的新型教学模式,可切实增强住院医师的人文意识,提高患者满意度,为中医肛肠科教学实践模式的改革提供新的思路和方法。Objective To objectively evaluate the application effect of introducing the concept of medical humanistic education into the clinical teaching of anorectal department in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods Thirty-six residents who participated in the standardized training of anorectal clinical teaching practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=18)and control group(n=18).The experimental group adopted the conventional teaching mode combined with the training and teaching project centered on humanistic ideas,and the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode of anorectal department.Before graduation,mini clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)combined with direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)mode was adopted,and the third-party evaluation mode of patients was introduced to evaluate and analyze the two groups.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in humanistic quality and communication(P<0.05).In the third-party evaluation of patients,the score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating medical humanistic education into the new teaching mode of anorectal clinical teaching in Traditional Chinese Medicine can effectively enhance the humanistic awareness of residents,improve patient satisfaction,and provide new ideas and methods for the reform of anorectal teaching practice mode in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
