摘  要:藏灵菇发酵乳是一种在牛奶或乳制品中加入新鲜或干燥藏灵菇的饮品。藏灵菇发酵乳富含丰富的营养成分,如蛋白质、脂质和碳水化合物,对人体免疫调节、抗氧化、抗菌和促进肠道健康等方面具有功能性。在功能性食品领域,可以将藏灵菇发酵乳制成饮料、乳制品、调味品和膳食补充品等。基于此,本文对藏灵菇发酵乳及其在功能性食品中的应用进行分析,以供参考。Tibetan spirit mushroom fermented milk is a beverage made by adding fresh or dried Tibetan spirit mushroom to milk or dairy products.Tibetan spirit mushroom fermented milk is rich in nutrients such as protein,lipids,and carbohydrates,which have functional effects on human immune regulation,antioxidant,antibacterial,and promoting intestinal health.In the field of functional food,fermented milk from Tibetan spirit mushrooms can be made into beverages,dairy products,seasonings,and dietary supplements.Based on this,this article analyzes the fermented milk of Tibetan spirit mushroom and its application in functional foods for reference.
