摘  要:目的探讨基于CDIO教学模式的案例教学在护生实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年12月四川省某地级市三甲综合医院胃肠外科实习护生107人为研究对象,将2020年6月至2021年2月的实习护生设为试验组,2021年3—12月的实习护生设为对照组,试验组进行基于CDIO教学模式的案例教学,对照组进行常规案例教学,比较两组核心能力、临床沟通能力以及对各自教学模式的满意度。结果试验组核心能力、临床沟通能力以及教学满意度均优于对照组,认为基于CDIO教学模式的案例教学可以提高其综合能力。结论基于CDIO教学模式的案例教学可以提升护生评判性思维与科研、沟通交流、自主学习能力,提高教学质量,帮助护生更好地完成角色转变,护生教学满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of case teaching based on CDIO teaching model in nursing students′internship teaching.Methods 107 nursing interns in the gastroenterology department of Grade-A hospital in a prefecture-level city of Sichuan Province from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.nursing interns from June 2020 to February 2021 were set as the experimental group,and nursing interns from March to December 2021 were set as the control group.The experimental group received case teaching based on CDIO teaching model,while the control group received routine case teaching to compare the core abilities of the two groups.Clinical communication skills and satisfaction with their respective teaching models.Results The core abilities,clinical communication skills,and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those in the control group.It is believed that case teaching based on CDIO teaching model can improve their comprehensive abilities.Conclusion Case teaching based on CDIO teaching model can improve nursing students′critical thinking,scientific research,communication and self-taught abilities,improve teaching quality,and help nursing students complete their role transformation better.Higher satisfaction with teaching as well.
