摘 要:目的探讨在校本科护生创新效能与评判性思维现状并分析两者的相关性。方法以南阳理工学院的本科护生为研究对象,采用本科护生一般资料调查问卷、本科护生创新效能现状调查表和评判性思维能力测量表对符合纳入、排除标准的171名护生进行调查。采用多元逐步回归分析法探讨创新效能与评判性思维的相关性。结果护生创新效能现状调查表总分为(69.04±11.08)分,评判性思维能力测量表总分为(232.71±31.42)分,二者呈正相关关系。护生评判性思维能力测量表7个维度共解释其创新效能的19.5%。结论本科护生创新效能与评判性思维高度相关,应通过专利设计指导、创客教育、体验式教学等加强护生创新效能和评判性思维培养。Objective This paper discusses the current situation of innovative efficiency and critical thinking,then analyzes the correlation of these two part.Methods Taking the undergraduate nursing students of Nanyang Institute of Technology as the research object,the General Data Questionnaire of Undergraduate Nursing Students,the Questionnaire of Innovative Efficiency and the Critical Thinking Ability are used to investigate the 171 nursing students who conform to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis is used to explore the correlation between innovative efficiency and critical thinking.Results The total score of the Questionnaire of the Innovative Efficiency of nursing students is(69.04±11.08)and the total score of the Questionnaire of the Critical Thinking Ability is(232.71±31.42)which present a positive correlation.The 7 dimensions of the nursing students′Critical Thinking Questionnaire explain 19.5%of their innovative efficiency.Conclusion The innovative efficiency of undergraduate nursing students is highly related to the critical thinking.The innovative efficiency and critical thinking training of nursing students should be strengthened through patent design guidance,maker education and experiential teaching.
