摘 要:教材质量保障需要严谨有序的评价机制。教材评价能够对教材质量及后续发展施加监控,觉察出教材审定、选用等环节被忽视的问题和隐患,促进教材在价值统一导向前提下的多样化持续发展。美国教育报告组织的教材评价机制包括评价主体、评价标准、评价流程、评价方式,四要素之间的协调运作保障了教材评价工作稳步进行。我国基础教育教材评价理念、体系与美国存在互通之处。借鉴美国相对成熟的教材评价机制,通过建构异质化的评价主体保障公平性,利用证据式的评价方式落实客观性,遵循分级型的评价流程达成进阶性,制定可操作的评价标准提升可行性,将实现我国基础教育教材评价机制的完善和发展。The quality assurance of textbooks requires a rigorous and orderly evaluation mechanism.Textbook evaluations can monitor the quality of textbooks and their subsequent development.They can identify issues and hidden dangers overlooked in the process of textbook approval and selection,promoting the diversified and continuous development of textbooks under the unified premise of value orientation.The evaluation mechanism of the American educational organization EdReports includes evaluation entities,evaluation criteria,evaluation processes,and evaluation methods.The coordinated operation among these four elements ensures the steady progress of textbook evaluations.China's concept and system of basic education textbook evaluations share similarities with those in the United States.By drawing lessons from the relatively mature American textbook evaluation mechanism,we can construct a heterogeneous group of evaluation entities to ensure fairness,implement evidence-based evaluation methods to achieve objectivity,follow a hierarchical evaluation process for advancement,and establish practical evaluation criteria to enhance feasibility.This will contribute to the improvement and development of China's mechanism for evaluating basic education materials.
