摘 要:在核心素养下,探索余暇体育锻炼对社会适应的影响,及一般自我效能感在两者之间的中介作用。采用方便抽样,对1013名高中生进行测量,测量工具包括余暇体育锻炼量表、一般自我效能感量表、社会适应能力量表。结果表明:(1)余暇体育锻炼可以显著正向预测一般自我效能感(β=0.169,p<0.01)和社会适应(β=0.187,p<0.01),一般自我效能感可以显著正向预测社会适应(β=0.304,p<0.01)。(2)一般自我效能感在余暇体育锻炼和社会适应之间的中介效应显著(95%CI:0.031,0.078),直接效应和中介效应占比分别为78.57%和21.43%。由此可以得出结论:(1)余暇体育锻炼、一般自我效能感和社会适应之间呈两两显著相关,且余暇体育锻炼能显著正向预测社会适应。(2)一般自我效能感在余暇体育锻炼与社会适应之间起显著的中介效应。(3)在余暇体育锻炼、一般自我效能感和社会适应方面考虑学生必备品格和关键能力的培养,有利于学生核心素养的发展。To explore the effect of leisure physical exercise on social adaptation and the mediating role of general self-efficacy between them,a total of 1013 high school students were measured by convenient sampling,including the Leisure Physical Activity Scale,the General Self-Efficacy Scale,and the Social Adaptation Scale.Results were as followed:(1)Leisure physical exercise could significantly positively predict general self-efficacy(β=0.169,p<0.01)and social adaptation(β=0.187,p<0.01),and general self-efficacy could significantly predict social adaptation(β=0.304,p<0.01).(2)The mediating effect of general self-efficacy between leisure physical exercise and social adaptation was significant(95%CI:0.031,0.078),and the direct effect and mediation effect were 78.57%and 21.43%respectively.The Conclusion was:(1)There was a significant correlation between leisure physical exercise,general self-efficacy and social adaptation,and leisure physical exercise could significantly predict social adaptation.(2)General self-efficacy plays a significant mediating effect between leisure physical exercise and social adaptation.(3)In terms of leisure physical exercise,general self-efficacy and social adaptation,considering the cultivation of students'necessary character and key abilities is conducive to the development of students'core literacy.
