摘 要:对A小学教育集团进行个案研究发现,该教育集团处于集团化办学的初级阶段,面临校区间管理模式协调困难、校际间办学质量参差不齐、文化差异导致融合困难等问题。集团内部通过三方面的路径消解集团化办学困境:创新管理模式,激发办学活力;提升品牌美誉度,凸显办学特色;打破文化壁垒,强化师资建设。最后,对处于集团化办学初期的学校提出以下建议:倡导赋能型治理体系,提高组织效能;扩大品牌效应,实施差异化竞争策略。Based on a case study of A Primary Education Group,it was found that the education group is in the early stage of group running and is facing difficulties in coordinating management models between campuses,inconsistent teaching quality between schools,and cultural differences hindering integration.The education group resolved the challenges of group running in three ways:innovating management models to stimulate the vitality of schooling;enhancing brand reputation to highlight the characteristics of schooling;and breaking down cultural barriers to strengthen teacher training.Finally,it is recommended that schools in the early stages of group running embrace an empowering governance system to improve organizational efficiency and expand brand effects through the implementation of differentiation competitive strategies.
