学前教育专业专科生专业选择动机研究--基于对某高校的调查

摘　　要：本研究通过对402名学前教育专业专科生的专业选择动机进行因子分析发现,他们的专业选择主要存在职业因素动机、个人因素动机、专业因素动机和环境因素动机四种动机类型,其中职业因素动机>个人因素动机>专业因素动机>环境因素动机。本研究建议加强学前教育专业专科生的专业入门教育、革新招生录取模式、拓展继续升学途径,以优化学前教育专业职前培养质量。This study conducted a factor analysis on the motivations of 402 students majoring in preschool education in order to identify the factors that influenced their decision to pursue this field.The analysis revealed that students were primarily motivated by four factors:occupational,personal,professional,and environmental ones.Of these,vocational factors were found to be the most influential,surpassing personal,professional and environmental factors in order.This suggests that greater emphasis should be placed on professional education for students pursuing preschool education,including orientation education,innovative enrollment and admission models,and expanded opportunities for further education,to optimize the quality of preschool education professional training.
