云南省民族地区大学生酒精依赖状况调查

摘　　要：了解云南省民族地区大学生的酒精依赖现状和特点,分析高校中酒精依赖高危群体的人口学特征。方法:使用ADS问卷对2 875名大学生进行调查,收回有效问卷2 594份。男性1 679人,女性915人;汉族1 787人,少数民族807人。结果:云南省民族地区大学生ADS均分达到7.66±7.54,酒精接触比例83.21%,中度以上酒精依赖发生率20.32%,均显著高于东部省份。民族、性别以及学校类型均影响酒精依赖水平。男生、少数民族女生以及民办高校学生群体的酒精依赖问题更加突出。二、三年级学生酒精依赖问题发生率高于新生和毕业生。结论:云南省民族地区大学生酒精依赖状况较为严重,有必要针对云南省大学新生进行针对性的预防教育,并对其中的高风险群体进行深入研究。To understand the current situation and characteristics of alcohol dependence of college students in ethnic areas in Yunnan Province,2875 college students were surveyed by ADS questionnaire,and 2594 valid questionnaires were collected.Valid respondents include 1,679 males and 915 females,1787 Han students and 807 ethnic students.Results show that the average ADS score in ethnic areas reached 7.66,the proportion of alcohol exposure reached 83.21%,and the incidence of moderate or above alcohol dependence was 20.32%,all significantly higher than eastern provinces.Male students,minority girls and students in vocational colleges are more likely to be addicted to alcohol.Sophomores and juniors have a higher risk of alcohol dependence than freshmen and seniors.The alcohol dependence of college students in ethnic areas in Yunnan is relatively serious,so it is necessary to carry out targeted preventive education for college freshmen,and conduct in-depth research on high-risk groups.
