摘  要:目的探讨不同学习动机水平对军事职业教育在线课程满意度的影响。方法选取2021年3—6月各战区10000名海军官兵作为研究对象,采用学习动机简易评定量表调查海军官兵学习动机水平,采用自制满意度问卷调查不同学习动机水平海军官兵对军事职业教育在线课程的满意度。比较不同学习动机水平海军官兵对军事职业教育在线课程2种网络在线课程总体质量、2种课程类别、《在线课程建设规范》的满意度评分。结果共发放10000份调查问卷,有效回收8124份,有效回率为81.2%,最终纳入8124名海军官兵。8124名海军官兵中,学习动机水平较弱1529名,占比18.8%;学习动机水平中等3950名,占比48.6%;学习动机水平较强2645名,占比32.6%。不同学习动机水平海军官兵的军综网在线课程、互联网在线课程总体质量满意度评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中学习动机水平较强海军官兵军综网在线课程、互联网在线课程总体质量满意度评分均高于学习动机水平中等、学习动机水平较弱海军官兵,且学习动机水平中等海军官兵高于学习动机水平较弱海军官兵,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同学习动机水平海军官兵对岗位提升、人文素养军事职业教育在线课程的满意度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中学习动机水平较强海军官兵对岗位提升、人文素养军事职业教育在线课程的满意度评分均高于学习动机水平中等、学习动机水平较弱海军官兵,且学习动机水平中等海军官兵高于学习动机水平较弱海军官兵,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同学习动机水平海军官兵对军事职业教育《在线课程建设规范》满意度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中学习动机水平较强海军官兵对“课程内容的丰富性、科学性、新颖性、精炼性”“课程内容是否紧贴部队战斗力建设和官兵成长成才�Objective To explore the influence of different learning motivation levels on the satisfaction of online courses in military vocational education.Methods 10000 naval officers and soldiers in various war zones were selected as the research subjects from March to June 2021,and the simple assessment scale of learning motivation was used to investigate the level of learning motivation of naval officers and soldiers,and the selfmade satisfaction questionnaire were used to investigate the satisfaction of naval officers and soldiers with different levels of learning motivation on online courses of military vocational education.The satisfaction scores of navy officers and soldiers with different learning motivation levels on the overall quality of two online courses,two course categories,and"online Course Construction Specifications"of military vocational education online courses were compared.Results A total of 10000 questionnaires were distributed,and 8124 were effectively returned,with an effective response rate of 81.2%,finally,8124 naval officers and sailors were included.Among the 8124 naval officers and sailors,1529 naval officers and sailors with weak learning motivation,accounting for 18.8%;3950 naval officers and sailors with medium level of learning motivation,accounting for 48.6%,and 2645 naval officers and sailors with strong level of learning motivation,accounting for 32.6%.There were statistically significant differences in the overall quality satisfaction scores of military comprehensive online courses and internet online courses among navy officers and sailors with different learning motivation levels(P<0.05);among them,the overall quality satisfaction scores of military comprehensive online courses and Internet online courses of naval officers and sailors with strong learning motivation level were higher than those of naval officers and sailors with medium and weak learning motivation levels,and naval officers and sailors with medium learning motivation level were higher than naval officers and sailors
