基于模糊综合评价法的护理硕士学术学位研究生人才培养质量满意度研究

摘　　要：目的:基于模糊综合评价法对护理硕士学术学位研究生人才培养质量满意度进行评价。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法选取2022年2月—4月山西省某高校78名护理硕士学术学位研究生作为研究对象,通过熵权法确定护理硕士学术学位研究生人才培养质量满意度各因素权重,依据模糊综合评价法对护理硕士学术学位研究生人才培养质量满意度进行评价。结果:护理硕士学术学位研究生人才培养质量满意度一级指标权重占比从大到小依次为导师能力(0.245)、管理服务(0.238)、临床实践(0.206)、课程教学(0.168)、科研环境(0.143),护生人才培养质量“非常满意”的隶属度为0.325,“基本满意”的隶属度为0.411,“一般满意”的隶属度为0.218,“不太满意”的隶属度为0.043,“很不满意”的隶属度为0.003。根据最大隶属度原则,满意度评价结果为“基本满意”。结论:护理硕士学术学位研究生人才培养质量满意度处于中等偏上水平,主客观相结合的方法有助于科学评价护理硕士学术学位研究生人才培养质量满意度。Objective:To evaluate satisfaction of talent cultivation quality of nursing academic degree postgraduates based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Methods:A total of 78 nursing academic degree postgraduates from a university in Shanxi province were selected as subjects by stratified cluster sampling from February to April 2022.The weight of each factor in the satisfaction of talent cultivation quality of nursing academic degree postgraduates was determined by entropy weight method.The satisfaction of talent cultivation quality of nursing academic degree postgraduates was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Results:The weight ratio of the first-level indicators of satisfaction of talent cultivation quality of nursing academic degree postgraduates in descending order was tutor ability(0.245),management service(0.238),clinical practice(0.206),curriculum teaching(0.168),and scientific research environment(0.143).For quality of talent cultivation quality of nursing,the membership degree of"very satisfied"was 0.325,the membership degree of"basically satisfied"was 0.411,the membership degree of"generally satisfied"was 0.218,the membership degree of"not very satisfied"was 0.043,the membership degree of"very dissatisfied"was 0.003.According to the principle of maximum membership,the satisfaction evaluation result was"basically satisfactory".Conclusions:The degree of satisfaction of talent cultivation quality of nursing academic degree postgraduates is above the middle level.A combination of subjective and objective methods is helpful to scientifically evaluate the degree of satisfaction of talent cultivation quality of nursing academic degree postgraduates.
