摘 要:构建课程知识图谱是智慧教育的基础工作。本文介绍了面向智慧教育的课程知识图谱的建设与应用实践。先通过构建课程本体,确保知识图谱结构的准确性和一致性;随后利用自然语言处理技术对课程的文本语料进行实体识别和关系抽取,进行知识融合形成关系三元组。采用Neo4j图数据库和ECharts图表库进行前端界面的设计,以查询和展示知识图谱,并设计知识问答和推荐系统以满足个性化学习需求。以武汉理工大学“线性代数”课程为例,进行了两期教学实践,结果表明,通过知识图谱赋能智慧教育,可以有效帮助学生定制学习方案,提升学习心智;教师可以通过提取学生的多维度过程化学习特征进行学习评价和教学调整,最终促进人才培养。Building a curriculum knowledge graph serves as a fundamental undertaking for smart education.This study presents a comprehensive exposition of the research and practical application of a knowledge graph specific to collage course.The initial step involves the construction of a well-defined course ontology,ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the knowledge graph's structural framework.Natural language processing techniques are employed for named entity recognition,relationship extraction,and knowledge fusion.The knowledge is stored and managed using the Neo4j graph database,while the ECharts graph library is utilized to design a front-end interface that visualizes the knowledge graph.This interface effectively illustrates the intricate relationships among individual fine-grained knowledge points in a course.Additionally,a knowledge quiz and recommendation system is developed to support personalized learning.The empirical results from two semesters at Wuhan University of Technology in Linear Algebra demonstrate that by empowering smart education with knowledge graph,students can grasp complex relationships between concepts,benefiting from personalized learning solutions.Furthermore,teachers can enhance their information-based teaching skills,extract process-based learning characteristics of students for learning assessment,and make necessary teaching adjustments,ultimately promoting talent development.
