摘 要:目的:探讨基于网络课程辅助教学模式在新冠肺炎融入医学免疫学教学中的方法和效果。方法:针对新冠肺炎涉及的免疫学理论教学,对南方医科大学2018级临床医学、护理学、药学、基础医学、预防医学等专业的721名学生,通过微信、邮箱匿名问卷等方式采集数据进行评估和统计学分析。结果:引发学习兴趣的不同因素、网络课程学习方式、学生学年绩点以及学生学习能力对新冠肺炎融入免疫学内容的兴趣度无显著影响;录播资料、直播学习、外部课程MOOC以及大众视频的学习平台更容易被学生接受和认可,并对教学效果产生影响。结论:通过结合网络教学的特点和优势,激发授课教师网络教学的思维,引导学生参与自主学习,提高免疫学相关课程网络授课的质量与效果,对开拓学生新型冠状病毒肺炎免疫学相关知识的掌握是非常有利的。Objective:To discuss the method and effects of the assisted teaching mode of medical immunology network courses of COVID-19.Methods:Total 721 full time undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine,nursing,pharmacy,basic medicine and preventive medicine in Southern Medical University in Grade 2018 were adopted.Analyzed the teaching effects by anonymous questionnaires investigation on the net.Results:There were no significant effects of factors that induce interest,learning method,grade point average(GPA)and learning ability on the degree of COVID-19 knowledge interests;the learning methods of recording video and live broadcasting,as well as the learning platform of external courses(MOOC)and public video were more easily accepted by students,and beneficial to teaching effect.Conclusion:The internet-assisted teaching mode can improve the teaching effects and the students'self-study ability.It can also expand the breadth and depth of students'knowledge.
