摘 要:作为与信息技术关系最为紧密的教育学二级学科,教育技术学为我国教育发展作出了突出贡献。在数字化转型的背景下,我国教育技术学科如何稳步走向高质量发展成为重要的时代命题。审视当前,我国教育技术学科正面临如何精准服务“教育数字化”国家战略需求、何以不断彰显教育技术学科在数字化转型当中的稀缺性,以及怎样积极推动教育技术学科在超前性研究领域的突破等新的历史使命。展望未来,我国教育技术学科一方面亟需加快推进教育数字化转型的关键任务,如构建兼顾大规模与个性化需求的人才培养体系、推进高层次教育公平、探索教育结构现代化、积极助力各级各类教育高质量发展等;另一方面,需持续推动彰显学科稀缺性的重要工程,包括努力推动新型教育资源建设、引领提升全民数字素养与技能、全面树立教育技术学科自信等;此外还需积极开展以重大现实问题为导向的超前性研究,既要认真部署对重大现实问题的研究,也要积极开展对未来教育的预测与想象研究。As the secondary discipline of education,which has the closest relation with information technology,educational technology has made outstanding contributions to China’s educational development.Under the background of digital transformation,how to steadily move towards high-quality development of educational technology has become a contemporary proposition.Examing the current situation,China’s educational technology discipline is facing a new historical mission such as how to accurately serve the national strategic needs of“digitalization of education”,how to continuously highlight the scarcity of educational technology discipline in the digital transformation,and how to actively promote the breakthrough of educational technology discipline in the field of advanced research.In the future,on the one hand,it is urgently needed for China’s educational technology discipline to accelerate the key tasks of promoting the digital transformation of education,such as building a personnel training system that takes into account large-scale and the personalized needs,promoting high-level educational equity,exploring the modernization of educational structure,and actively helping the high-quality development of all types of education at all levels.On the other hand,it is necessary to continue to promote important projects that highlight the scarcity of this discipline,including efforts to promote the construction of new educational resources,improving the digital literacy and skills of the whole people,and comprehensively building confidence of educational technology discipline.In addition,it is necessary to actively carry out advanced research oriented to major practical issues,not only on major practical issues,but also on the prediction and imagination of future education.
