摘 要:补救教学是针对低学业成就学生开展的补偿性教育。21世纪以来,美国中小学补救教学的发展大致经历了危机应对期、挑战变化期以及后疫情时期三个阶段。目前,美国中小学补救教学的发展取得了实质性进展,补救对象不断扩展,补救模式日益丰富,评价机制逐渐优化,支持体系不断完善,对提升美国基础教育质量以及实现教育公平具有重要的作用。Remedial instruction is a compensatory education program aimed at low-achieving students.Since the 21st century,the development of remedial instruction in American primary and secondary schools has gone through three stages:the period of crisis management,the period of challenge and change,and the post-pandemic period.At present,the development of remedial instruction in American primary and secondary schools has made substantial progress.The scope of remediation is constantly expending,and the instructional models are becoming increasingly diverse.The evaluation mechanism is gradually being optimized,and the supporting system is constantly improving.Remedial instruction plays an important role in improving the quality of basic education in the United States and achieving educational equity.Studying the development of remedial instruction in American primary and secondary schools since the 21st century can provide valuable experience for the high-quality development of basic education in countries around the world.
