摘  要:教师是综合素质评价的重要实施主体之一,教师的评价素养直接影响了综合素质评价的实施与成效。当前教师综合素质评价素养普遍存在缺失与不足,主要表现在评价理念存在偏差、评价知识短板明显、评价能力多有不足等,原因在于教师自身缺乏对综合素质评价素养的内在需求,学校层面忽视专业的教师评价队伍建设,区域层面缺少教师综合素质评价素养提升相关体制机制,传统教师教育忽视师范生专业评价素养的培养。为有效提升教师综合素质评价素养,应以知识聚焦,引领职前教师评价素养课程与教学改革;以理念导向,完善职后教师专业评价素养的培训;以实践推进,唤醒教师综合素质评价角色意识;以合作联盟,助推区域教师专业评价素养提升制度的形成。Teachers are important implementers of comprehensive quality evaluation.Their assessment literacy exerts a direct influence on the implementation and effectiveness of the comprehensive quality evaluation.Currently,there are common deficiencies and shortcomings in the assessment literacy of teachers in comprehensive quality evaluation,mainly manifested in the deviation of assessment concepts,obvious knowledge deficiencies,and insufficient assessment abilities.The reasons for this are as follows:Teachers themselves lack the internal needs for assessment literacy in comprehensive quality evaluation;Schools neglect the professional teacher team construction for assessment;There is a lack of relevant institutional mechanisms for improving teacher assessment literacy at the regional level;Traditional teacher education neglects the cultivation of assessment literacy among normal university students.To effectively improve teachers assessment literacy in comprehensive quality education,pre-service teacher assessment literacy curriculum and teaching reform should be carried out with a knowledge focus;in-service teacher professional assessment literacy training should be improved under the guidance of assessment concepts;teachers awareness of their role in comprehensive quality evaluation should be awakened under the promotion of practice;a regional system for enhancing teachers assessment literacy should be established by forming a cooperative alliance.
