人本理念下高职院校教育管理改革路径研究

摘　　要：高职院校以“双高计划”为导向,通过教育管理工作改革,改进教学模式、提升管理水平,推动高职院校的专业建设和高水平发展。“以人为本”教育理念是时代发展的产物,对于高职院校的教育管理工作具有重要的指导意义,深刻影响其改革方向和具体行动。所以,高职院校管理者要适应新的教育形势,改进教育管理方法,不断满足学生学习需求和发展需求,在教育管理改革中落实人本理念。本文简要概述教育管理中人本理念的内涵和特点以及高职院校学生的特点,着重探讨人本理念下,高职院校教育管理改革的策略,以供相关人员参考。Higher vocational colleges,guided by the"double high plan",improve the teaching mode,improve the management level,and promote the professional construction and high-level development of higher vocational colleges.The education concept of"people-oriented"is the product of the development of The Times,which has an important guiding significance for the education management of higher vocational colleges,and has a profound influence on its reform direction and concrete actions.Therefore,the administrators of higher vocational colleges should adapt to the new educational situation,improve the education management methods,constantly meet the students'learning needs and development needs,and implement the humanistic concept in the reform of education management.This paper briefly summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the human-oriented concept in educational management and the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,and focuses on the strategies of educational management reform in higher vocational colleges under the human-oriented concept for the reference of relevant personnel.
