摘　　要：阐述目标检测技术与目标跟踪技术是视频监控运行中的关键技术,目标检测技术包括光流法、时间差分法、蜂群算法、背景减除法、图像分割法,分析基于目标检测的视频分析方法在消防安全隐患检测、车辆异常行为检测中的应用。This paper describes that object detection technology and object tracking technology are key technologies in video surveillance operation.Object detection technology includes optical flow method,time difference method,bee colony algorithm,background subtraction method,and image segmentation method.It analyzes the application of video analysis methods based on object detection in fire safety hazard detection and vehicle abnormal behavior detection.
