摘　　要：新时期,食品卫生档案化管理在食品监督中的作用较为突出,不仅能够降低食品监管难度,还能够使食品企业更具责任感,保障食品安全。因此,相关人员要提高对于食品卫生档案化管理重视程度,明确其中存在的不足,并做出优化,为食品监督工作的顺利开展提供支持。本文简要介绍了食品卫生档案化管理,分析了食品卫生档案化管理存在的问题,并探究了食品卫生档案化管理在食品监督中的应用,希望能够为食品行业的健康发展提供支持。In the new era,the role of food health archival management in food supervision is more prominent,which can not only reduce the difficulty of food supervision,but also make food enterprises more responsible and ensure food safety.Therefore,the relevant personnel should improve the importance of the archival management of food hygiene,make clear the shortcomings,and make optimization,to provide support for the smooth development of food supervision work.This article briefly introduces the archival management of food hygiene,analyzes the problems existing in the archival management of food hygiene,and explores the application of the archival management of food hygiene in food supervision,hoping to provide support for the healthy development of the food industry.
