摘 要:病例随访讨论教学模式是以实习教学过程中遇到的真实病例为教学材料,采用随访病例并以学生为中心展开讨论的教学模式。学生收集患者超声图像、临床病史、病理结果、相关影像学资料、实验室检查结果等相关资料,通过临床病例随访和病例讨论思路进行分析,追踪患者诊疗情况直至其康复出院。病例随访讨论教学模式弥补了传统超声实习教学模式的缺陷,不仅可以充分调动实习生学习主动性,还可以让实习生全方位、多角度地认识疾病。这为提高实习生临床技能,培养合格的超声医师奠定了坚实的基础。随着超声医学实践教学改革的深入开展,该模式的推广对超声实习教学有着积极的意义。The case follow-up discussion teaching mode is based on the teaching materials of real cases encountered during the internship teaching process,using follow-up cases and student-centered discussions as the teaching mode.Students collect relevant information such as patient ultrasound images,clinical medical history,pathological results,relevant imaging data,laboratory examination results,etc.Through clinical case follow-up and case discussion ideas,they analyze and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of patients,and track their recovery and discharge.The case follow-up discussion teaching mode compensates for the shortcomings of traditional ultrasound internship teaching mode.It not only fully mobilizes interns'learning initiative,but also allows interns to have a comprehensive and multi-dimensional understanding of diseases.This has laid a solid foundation for improving the clinical skills of interns and cultivating qualified ultrasound physicians.With the reform of ultrasound medical practice teaching,the promotion of this model has positive significance for ultrasound practice teaching.
