摘 要:厘清高职院校产教融合绩效的本质内涵、形成过程和机理,是对产教融合绩效作出科学合理评价的前提和关键。从资源整合视角出发,在对高职院校产教融合绩效内涵进行分析的基础上,从资源识别、资源获取、资源配置和资源利用四个阶段对高职院校产教融合绩效的形成过程进行分析,阐释其绩效生成和演化规律,提出从发挥产教协同主体的耦合效应、构建产教资源整合的合作平台、创新产教资源整合的运行机制三方面促进高职院校产教融合绩效提升。To clarify the essence and connotation,formation process and mechanism of the performance of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges is the prerequisite and key to the evaluation of the performance of industry-education integration scientifically and rationally.From the perspective of resource integration,based on the analysis of the connotation of the performance of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges,its formation process and mechanism of the performance are analyzed from four stages of resource identification,resource acquisition,resource allocation and resource utilization,and the generation and evolution law of its performance is explained.This paper puts forward three aspects to promote the performance improvement of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges:giving full play to the coupling effect of the main body of industry and education cooperation,building a cooperation platform for the integration of industry and education resources,and innovating the operating mechanism of the integration of industry and education resources.
