摘 要:虚拟教研室是在教育数字化背景下高校基层教学组织建设的创新性探索,在推动专业建设、课程建设、教学改革研究中有重要作用。本文在介绍整合式理论的基础上,阐释了现有化工教研室存在的创新模式、师资匹配、智能资源整合不足的问题。将整合式理论同教研室特征进行结合,分析了虚拟教研室在整合式理论下的应然状态,探索了创建跨界模式、构建进阶指导、共享线上资源的三种虚拟教研实现途径。虚拟教研室运行三年来,提高了教师教学能力和化工类应用型才培养质量。The virtual teaching and research platform is an innovative exploration of the construction of grassroots teaching organizations in universities under the background of digital education.It plays an important role in promoting professional construction,curriculum construction,and teaching reform research.On the basis of introducing the integrated theory,this article explains the problems of insufficient innovation models,teacher matching,and intelligent resource integration in existing chemical engineering teaching and research rooms.By combining the integrated theory with the characteristics of the teaching and research platform,the expected state of the virtual teaching and research platform under the integrated theory was analyzed.Three ways to achieve virtual teaching and research have been explored,including creating a cross-border research model,constructing advanced guidance,and sharing online resources.The virtual teaching and research platform has improved the teaching ability of teachers and the quality of cultivating application-oriented talents in chemical engineering.
