古代书院德育特点及其对中学思政课教学的启示

摘  要:书院作为中国古代教育系统中独树一帜的教育组织形式,虽历经千年兴衰浮沉,但书院教育家始终把进德修业作为书院教育的价值旨归,逐渐形成了以“德智并重、育德为首,内外兼修、知行合一,环境浸润、潜移默化”为显著特征的德育体系。古代书院的重德传统与思政课立德树人的根本任务高度一致,为改进当前中学思政课教学的不足,提升中学思政课教学实效提供了有益借鉴,即加快建设专业化的师资队伍、立足学生身心发展规律改进授课方式、提升实践教学育人的实效性。As a unique education organization in ancient Chinese education system,the academy has undergone thousands of years wax and wane.However,academy educators always regarded improving moral quality and expanding academic achievements as the value purport of academy education,and gradually formed the moral education system characterized by the principle of“attaching equal importance to morality and wisdom,giving priority to moral education,combining internal and external education,combining knowledge and action,and using the environment to subtly influence”.The tradition of attaching importance to moral education in ancient academies is highly consistent with the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people in ideological and political courses,which provides a useful reference for ameliorating the deficiencies of current middle school ideological and political courses and enhancing the effectiveness of middle school ideological and political courses,that is,speeding up the construction of professional teachers,improving teaching methods based on the law of students'physical and mental development,and enhancing the effectiveness of practical teaching.
