摘 要:城乡基本公共服务均等化是我国推进乡村振兴、实现共同富裕的重要基础,教育公平是公共服务均等化的重要组成部分,教育公平程度的提升对于实现教育的均衡发展、和谐发展、优质发展甚至全体社会成员的共同发展具有重要意义。通过访谈调研发现:教育信息化水平区域不平衡、城乡不平衡、软硬件建设不平衡、家庭教育能力及信息化水平的差异等因素在一定程度上制约着教育公平的有效推进。基于此,教育信息化建设在地域方面可偏重于满足农村地区和欠发达地区的建设需要;在软硬件投入方面可侧重软件建设的投入,有计划地提升农村地区和欠发达地区教师的信息素养;在家庭服务供给方面要着力解决家庭设施配套和家长教育能力问题;在制度建设方面需制订国家中长期行动计划,助力线上教育在实践中优化和增长,以推动优质均衡的城乡基本公共教育服务发展。The equalization of urban and rural basic public services is an important foundation of pro-moting rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity in our country.Education equity is an im-portant part of equalization of public services.The promotion of education equity has great signifi-cance in realizing the balanced development of education,harmonious development,high-quality de-velopment and even the common development of all members of society.Through the interview sur-vey,it is found that regional imbalance,urban-rural imbalance,hardware and software construction imbalance,family education ability and information level difference and other factors restrict the effec-tive promotion of education equity to a certain extent.Based on this,the construction of education in-formatization can focus on satisfying the needs of rural areas and underdeveloped areas.In terms of hardware and software investment,we can focus on the input on software development,and systemati-cally improve the information literacy of teachers in rural areas and less developed areas.In terms of the supply of family services,efforts should be made to solve the problems of family facilities and parents’education ability.In terms of system construction,efforts should be made to formulate a na-tional medium-and long-term action plan to help online education optimize and grow in practice,so as to promote the development of high-quality and balanced urban and rural basic public education services.
