摘　　要：为进一步缓解基础教育教师短缺问题,澳大利亚于2022年12月发布《国家教师队伍行动计划》,从改善教师供应渠道、提高职前教师教育质量、留住现有教师、提高教师职业地位、更好地了解未来教师队伍的需求这5个优先改革领域提出27项具体的行动,重点探讨如何增加教师人数,减少现有教师的流失,从而为基础教育教师队伍建设提供强有力的支撑。以此为切入点,文章梳理澳大利亚教师教育政策在初期、中期、后期的演变,并基于对《国家教师队伍行动计划》的解读,为改善我国基础教育教师队伍建设存在的问题提出以下建议:提供专业学习和辅导机会,拓宽职业发展和晋升维度;增加定向师范生培养名额,加强乡村教师队伍建设;减轻非教学类工作负担,着力加强教师待遇保障;建立教师供需监测机制,动态把控岗位需求变化。To further alleviate the problem of teacher shortages,Australia released the National Teacher Workforce Action Plan in December 2022.The plan proposes 27 actions in five priority areas:improving teacher supply,strengthening initial teacher education,retaining existing teachers,improving the status of the teaching profession and better understanding future teacher workforce needs.The focus is on how to increase the number of teachers and reduce the drift of existing teachers,thus providing strong support for teacher workforce development.Based on an interpretation of the National Teacher Workforce Action Plan,this article outlines the evolution of Australian teacher education policy in the early,middle,and late stages to improve the problems existing in the construction of basic education teachers in China,the following suggestions are given:provide opportunities for professional learning and coaching,and broaden career development and promotion dimensions;increase quotas for targeted teacher training,and strengthen rural teacher workforce development;reduce non-teaching workloads and focus on strengthening teacher remuneration protection;establish a teacher supply-demand monitoring mechanism to dynamically monitor changes in job demand.
