摘 要:专业认证以服务基础教育为价值导向,聚焦师范生教育价值观建构,着力强化师范专业精神,对应用型高校师范专业教育具有重要指导意义。对师范精神时代内涵的理解须置于时代教育精神和“新师范”建设的背景之中,师范精神为“新师范”建设提供精神内核,体现了最本质的师范性。因此,要以新师范精神引领应用型高校师范专业教育:发挥育师精神,培养“人格楷模之师”;秉承探索精神,推动职业技能的终身可持续发展;发挥创新精神,以教育创新带动创新型师范人才培养;坚守奉献精神,为基层教育贡献力量。Teacher professional certification takes serving basic education as its value orientation,stresses the importance of the construction of educational values and calls for strengthening the professional spirit.It's significant to the normal major education in application-oriented universities.The connotation of normal spirit should be interpreted in the background of the new era spirits and the frame of“new normal education”.Normal spirit provides the spiritual core for the construction of“new normal university”and embodies the most essential nature of normal education.Therefore,it is necessary to lead the normal major education in application-oriented universities with the new teacher spirit.It's proposed in this paper that normal education in application-oriented universities should focus on cultivating teachers'spirit and virtue so as to set up a“personality model”,nurturing the spirit of exploration and innovation so as to promote lifelong sustainable development ability,and adhering to serving the grass-roots education so as to contribute to grassroots education.
