摘 要:建设教育强国,提升人才培养质量是党的二十大报告提出新任务和新要求。把握从“教育救国”“教育建国”“科教兴国”到“教育强国”的演化轨迹和历史面相,厘清建设教育强国与社会主义现代化强国、高水平科技自立自强、全体人民共同富裕、中华民族伟大复兴的价值关联,益于规划建设教育强国的时代路径。新时代建设教育强国,必须解答核心课题,搭建思想铸魂、课程贯通、载体拓宽的实践框架;扭住关键维度,守住质量底线,以基础教育为基点、高等教育为龙头;激活内生动力,嵌入新思维观念,促进系统性的跃升和质变;贯通内外循环,统筹做好“引进来”与“走出去”,增强教育的国际影响力和话语权。Building a strong country ineducation and improving the quality of talent cultivation are new tasks and requirements proposed in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Grasping the evolution track and historical aspect from“saving the country through education”,“building the country through education”,“rejuvenating the country through science and education”to“building a strong country through education”,and clarifying the value relationship between building a strong country through education and building a strong country through socialist modernization,self-reliance through high-level science and technology,common prosperity for all people,and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will help to plan the path of the times to build a strong country through education.To build a strong country through education in the new era,it is necessary to answer core issues,establish a practical framework of ideological casting,curriculum integration,and carrier expansion;we should seize the key dimensions,maintain the bottom line of quality,with basic education as the starting point and higher education as the leader,activate endogenous motivation,embed new thinking concepts,and promote systematic leaps and qualitative changes,connect the internal and external circulation,coordinate the efforts of“bringing in”and“going out”,and enhance the international influence and discourse power of education.
