摘  要:目的 评价标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)联合客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)在风湿科护理实习生临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1—12月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院风湿病科80名护理实习生作为研究对象,按照抽签方法分为观察组(40名)与对照组(40名)。对照组采用护理教研室常规教学考核;观察组采用SP联合OSCE考核模式。比较两组的专业实践综合能力评分和考核模式满意度。结果 观察组学习兴趣的培养评分[(3.42±1.21)分]高于对照组[(2.31±1.22)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自学能力塑造评分[(3.32±1.11)分]高于对照组[(2.43±0.83)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医患沟通、理论学习、技能操作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组考生对考核模式的满意度评分[(3.73±1.21)分]高于对照组[(2.81±0.97)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床护理实习生采取SP联合OSCE模式能提升其专业能力,且对考核方式的满意度高,有利于日后开展护理临床工作。Objective To evaluate the application effect of objective structured clinical examination(SP)combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)assessment mode in internship discharge assessment.Methods A total of 80 interns from the department of rheumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group(40 interns)and control group(40 interns)according to the lottery method.The control group used the regular assessment of the nursing faculty;the observation group used SP combined with OSCE assessment mode.The scores of comprehensive professional practice ability and satisfaction with the assessment mode were compared between the two groups.Results The cultivation score of interest in learning in observation group[(3.42±1.21)points]was higher than that in control group[(2.31±1.22)points](P<0.05).The score of self-learning ability shaping[(3.32±1.11)points]was higher than that of control group[(2.43±0.83)points](P<0.05).The scores of doctor-patient communication,theoretical learning and skill operation were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The score of professional skill operation ability of nursing interns was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the score of satisfaction with the examination mode in the observation group[(3.73±1.21)points]was higher than that in the control group[(2.81±0.97)points](P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of SP combined with OSCE mode by clinical interns can improve their professional ability and their satisfaction with the assessment mode is high,which is conducive to the future clinical work and has a strong promotion.
