摘  要:目的 分析在手术室临床教学中采取小组教学模式的有效性。方法 2018年7月—2021年7月,选取荆州市第三人民医院手术室护理实习生180名,采用抽签法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组90名。研究组采取小组教学模式,对照组采用常规教学,对比两组带教满意度、护理实习生带教依从性、论文书写质量优良率、综合评分。结果 研究组思想专业度、问题指引、问题解决、教学能力、师生交流、文献指引、论文指导、就业指导的带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组带教依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组论文书写质量优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组综合评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在手术室临床教学中实施小组教学模式可提高教学质量和护理实习生带教依从性,提升整体带教满意度。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of group teaching mode in clinical teaching in operating room.Methods From July 2018 to July 2021,a total of 180 operating room nursing interns were selected from Jingzhou Third People's Hospital,who were selected and divided into research group and control group by lottery method,90 from each group.The research group adopted the group teaching mode,and the control group adopted the routine teaching.The satisfaction of teaching,the compliance of nursing interns,the rate of good writing quality and the comprehensive score of the two groups were compared.Results In the control group of the research group,the degree of thought professionalism,problem guidance,problem solving,teaching ability,teacher-student communication,literature guidance,paper guidance and employment guidance was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The group paper writing quality excellent rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,indicating statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing group teaching mode in clinical teaching in operating rooms can improve the teaching quality and teaching compliance of nursing interns,and improve the overall satisfaction of teaching.
