摘 要:运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对健康与文化并重的高校民族传统体育课程理念及价值取向进行研究。立足国家健康教育战略和文化自信的背景,审视高校公共体育课程设置中民族传统体育课程理念存在的问题,提出健康与文化并重的高校民族传统体育课程理念,重点阐释“大健康观”与“文化生态观”的课程理念,目的是培育大学生成为“健康素养与文化素养融合”的人。课程价值取向出发点是“人的价值”和“人的生成”。课程理念及价值取向实践的切入点是:课程目标旨在培育大学生的“刚健自强精神”;课程内容注重原生态性、健身性、娱乐性和文化性等价值导向;课程实施着力创设适应于大学生“健康理念+文化传承”的教学场域;课程评价体现大学生健康素养与文化素养融合的发展性评价取向。This paper studied the curriculum concept and value orientation of traditional ethnic physical educa.tion in universities,which put equal emphasis on health and culture by using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis.Based on the background of national health education strategy and cultural confi‐dence,this paper examines the problems existing in the curriculum concept of traditional ethnic physical educa‐tion in the public physical education courses in universities.It proposes the curriculum concept of putting equal emphasis on health and culture in traditional ethnic physical education courses in universities.It focuses on ex‐plaining the curriculum concept of“great health view”and“cultural ecological view”.It aims to cultivate stu‐dents to become individuals who“integrate health literacy and cultural literacy”.The starting point of the cur‐riculum value orientation is“human value”and“human generation”.The breakthrough points in the practice of curriculum concept and value orientation are as follows:The courses aim to cultivate the“vigorous and self-strengthening spirit”of students.The content of the courses attaches importance to the value orientations of origi‐nal ecology,fitness,entertainment,culture and so on.The implementation of the courses focuses on creating a teaching field suitable for students’“health knowledge+cultural inheritance”.Curriculum evaluation reflects the developmental evaluation orientation that students should put equal emphasis on integration of health literacy and cultural literacy.
