摘  要:培训质量是培训行业永恒的生命线,培训效果评估工作是确保培训质量的关键环节。高职院校构建培训效果评估体系,能够以评促“优”,裁定培训价值;以评促“学”,激发参训热情;以评促“改”,明确培训重点。文章选择以“柯氏四层培训效果评估模型”为核心,结合高职院校培训工作实践,按照筛选评估指标、设置指标权重、确定评估方法、汇总评估结果的流程,构建全方位、可量化、“可编辑”的培训效果评估体系,以促进高职院校培训效果评估工作高质量开展。Training quality is the eternal lifeline of the training industry,and the evaluation of training effectiveness is a key link to ensure training quality.Establishing a training effectiveness evaluation system in vocational colleges,which can promote“excellence”and determine the value of training through evaluation;Promote“learning”through evaluation and stimulate enthusiasm for participating in training;Promote“reform”through evaluation and clarify training priorities.The article focuses on the“Kohl's four level training effectiveness evaluation model”and combines it with the training work practice in vocational colleges.Following the process of selecting evaluation indicators,setting indicator weights,determining evaluation methods,and summarizing evaluation results,a comprehensive,quantifiable,and“editable”training effectiveness evaluation system is constructed to promote the high-quality development of training effectiveness evaluation in vocational colleges.
