摘　　要：对一道2021年全国大学生数学竞赛决赛试题探讨其源,利用罗尔定理和线性方程组理论对问题进行了推广.The source of a question of the 2021 Final National College Students Mathematical Competition is presented.The problem is generalized by the use of Rolle's theorem and linear system of equations.
