摘　　要：黄炎培劳动教育思想具有丰富的科学内涵,他将“使无业者有业,使有业者乐业”作为劳动教育目标。劳动教育是新时代党对教育事业提出的一项新要求,黄炎培劳动教育思想为新时代职业院校开展劳动教育提供理论指导,为新时代提高劳动者素质、培养大国工匠提供先行示范,为新时代青年崇尚劳动、弘扬劳动精神和工匠精神提供方法借鉴。Huang Yanpei's labor education thought has rich scientific connotations.He regards"making the unemployed have a job and making the employed happy"as the goal of his labor education thought.Labor education is a new requirement of the Party for education in the new era.Huang Yanpei's thought on labor education provides theoretical guidance for the development of labor education in vocational colleges in the new era,sets an example for improving the quality of laborers in the new era and cultivating craftsmen in great countries,and provides methods for young people in the new era to advocate labor and promote the spirit of labor and craftsmanship.
