摘　　要：本文以本院信息技术类专业现代学徒制为例,通过分析其运行模式,总结出在运行过程中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的解决策略,通过提升企业参与度、加强“双师型”教师培养、完善人才培养制度、多元化考核评价等方法,共同推进信息技术类专业现代学徒制工作,对现代学徒制的实践探索及信息技术类专业的人才培养具有重要的意义。This article takes the modern apprenticeship system of information technology majors in our college as an example,analyzes its operating mode,summarizes the problems that exist in the operation process,and proposes corresponding solutions to the problems.By enhancing enterprise participation,strengthening the cultivation of"double qualified"teachers,improving talent cultivation systems,and diversified assessment and evaluation methods,we jointly promote the modern apprenticeship system of information technology majors,The practical exploration of modern apprenticeship system and the cultivation of talents in information technology majors are of great significance.
