摘  要:考虑设备的激励特性,对某型船柴油发电机组隔振装置基座进行减振优化设计。采用针对特征峰控制的结构优化以及施加阻尼的措施,以传递到基座根部船体结构处的振动加速度水平为评价指标,通过数值分析研究局部结构加强以及不同阻尼敷设区域、阻尼厚度和阻尼形式等因素对基座减振效果的影响。结合重量、工艺等因素,提出基座减振优化设计方案,并通过模型试验验证优化方案的减振效果。实测结果表明,优化后基座在10 Hz~5 kHz频段内减振效果提高了4 dB。Considering the incentive characteristics of ship power equipment,the vibration reduction optimization design of the base of vibration isolation device for diesel generator set on the ship is carried out.Structural optimization for characteristic peak control and damping measures are adopted to evaluate the vibration acceleration level transmitted to the base of the hull structure.The influence of local structure reinforcement,different damping laying area,damping thickness and damping form on the damping effect of the base is studied by numerical analysis.Considering the influencing factors such as weight and technology,an optimal design scheme for vibration reduction of the base is proposed,and the effect of the optimization scheme is verified by model tests.The measured results show that the vibration reduction effect of the optimized base is increased by 4 dB in the frequency band of 10 Hz-5000 Hz.
