摘 要:[目的]对侧耳细菌性软腐病病原菌北京欧文氏菌(Erwinia beijingensis)侵入刺芹侧耳的方式及相关黏附因子、侵袭因子进行分析,为刺芹侧耳细菌性软腐病防治提供依据。[方法]观察病原菌侵染刺芹侧耳的超微结构,利用在线软件对毒力因子进行分析比对。[结果]透射电镜观察表明北京欧文氏菌侵染宿主具有黏附和侵入两种状态。通过同源比对发现该病原菌基因组上存在17个编码黏附素的基因和1个编码侵袭素的基因,对黏附素蛋白结构域分析表明大多数为菌毛蛋白,菌毛和病原菌运动密切相关,在病原菌侵入宿主过程中发挥重要作用。[结论]阐明了北京欧文氏菌通过黏附、侵入两种方式侵染刺芹侧耳,明确了黏附素、侵袭素在侵染宿主中的作用,揭示了其致病过程,为该病害防治提供了理论基础。[Objective]To analyze the invasion mode of Erwinia beijingensis,the pathogen of pleurotus bacterial soft rot,and the related adhesion factors and invasion factors,so as to lay a foundation for the prevention and control of pleurotus bacterial soft rot.[Method]The ultrastructure of Pleurotus roxburghii infected by pathogenic bacteria was observed,and the virulence factors were analyzed and compared with online software.[Result]The transmission electron microscope observation showed that the host infected by Erwinia beijingensis had two states of adhesion and invasion.Through homology comparison,it was found that there were 17 genes encoding adhesin and 1 gene encoding invasin in the genome of the pathogen.Analysis of the domain of adhesin protein showed that most of them were pili proteins,which were closely related to the movement of the pathogen and played an important role in the invasion of the pathogen into the host.[Conclusion]It is clarified that Erwinia beijingensis infects Pleurotus europaeus through adhesion and invasion,the role of adhesin and invasin in the infected host is clarified,the pathogenic process is revealed,which provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
