摘　　要：开设劳动教育课程是学校快速落实劳动教育的直接手段。职业院校劳动教育课程建设需要牢固树立“劳动育人”的建设理念,破除传统课程范式的束缚,在教学内容和教学方式上破除学科化组织逻辑,基于课程整体观、价值观、本体观,促进教育手段课程化、教学内容模块化、教学模式项目化、教学资源立体化、教学场域开放化,打通育人主体间的壁垒,构建“五体合一”的教育共同体和长效机制,使劳动育人走上规范化、专业化、科学化发展道路。Whereas labor,as a discipline,is a direct means to implement labor education in vocational colleges,the curricular construction is committed to firmly developing a concept of labor education.This breaks the shackles of traditional curricular paradigms,contents and methods.Besides,based on holism,values,and ontology,it creates three-dimensional teaching resources,and openness of teaching field.
