摘　　要：实施学分制是提高办学质量、促进学生个性化发展、培养更多高素质技术技能型人才的主要途径和重要举措。教育部组织职业学校开展学分制试点,是教育教学组织和管理制度的一项重大改革。近年来,高职院校在实施学分制改革的过程中取得了一些成果和经验,但也存在一些困难和问题。该文以国家“双高计划”院校东营职业学院为例,总结了高等职业院校学分制改革试点的实施情况,阐述了在实施学分制改革中取得的经验,分析了试点存在的问题,并提出改革举措,为高职院校学分制改革顺利实施提供参考和借鉴。Implementing the credit system is the main way and important measure to improve the quality of run⁃ning a school,promote the personalized development of students,and cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents.The Ministry of Education has organized vocational schools to carry out the pilot credit system,which is a major reform of the education and teaching organization and management system.In recent years,higher vocational colleges have achieved some results and experience in implementing the credit system reform,but there are also some difficulties and problems.Taking Dongying Vocational Institute,a national double-high plan college,as an example,this paper summarizes the implementation of the credit system reform pilot in higher vocational colleges,expounds the experience gained in the implementation of the credit system reform,analyzes the problems existing in the pilot,and puts forward reform measures to provide reference for the smooth implemen⁃tation of the credit system reform in higher vocational colleges.
