摘 要:目的探讨感知服务式思维教学模式在重症监护室(ICU)临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取济南市第三人民医院2021年3月至2022年2月在ICU临床实习的45名实习护生作为观察组,选取该院2020年3月至2021年2月在ICU临床实习的45名实习护生作为对照组。对照组接受传统的ICU思维教学模式的教学方法,观察组接受感知服务式思维教学模式的ICU教学方法,实习教学时间均为4 w。实习教学结束后,比较两组ICU实习护生出科考核成绩、综合能力评分、感知服务质量和教学满意度。结果实习结束后,观察组ICU实习护生ICU理论知识和ICU操作技能分数均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组理论知识掌握评分、护理操作能力评分、团队合作能力评分和独立思考能力评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组响应性维度、个人特质、护理能力、沟通交流能力和批判思维评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组ICU实习护生教学与临床同步评分、护理操作能力评分、团队合作能力评分和独立思考能力评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论感知服务式思维教学可提高ICU实习教学水平和ICU实习护生护理服务水平、感知服务质量和教学满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of thinking teaching mode based on perceived service in clinical practice teaching in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:A total of 45 nursing students who had clinical practice in ICU in Jinan Third People's Hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 45 nursing students who had clinical practice in ICU in the hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the control group.The control group was given traditional thinking teaching mode,while the observation group was given thinking teaching mode based on perceived service for 4 weeks.After the practice teaching,the examination results,comprehensive ability score,perceived service quality and teaching satisfaction of ICU practice nursing students were compared between the two groups.Results:After the internship,the scores of ICU theoretical knowledge and ICU operation skills of ICU practice nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge,nursing operation ability,teamwork ability and independent thinking ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of responsiveness dimension,personal characteristics,nursing ability,communication ability and critical thinking in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching and clinical synchronization,nursing operation ability,teamwork ability and independent thinking ability of ICU practice nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The thinking teaching mode based on perceived service can improve practice teaching level in ICU,nursing service level,perceived service quality and teaching satisfaction of ICU interns.
