摘  要:中外双方存在的规制性、规范性和文化认知性的文化语境差异是高职中外合作办学面临的重要挑战。在合作办学过程中,中外双方文本制度方案迁移是可行的,然而文化却是不可复制的。将外方的办学理念与实践经验迁移到我国现实文化语境中,具有高度的不可预知性和复杂性。对中外双方办学的文化语境进行规制性、规范性和文化认知性溯源,是解构和重构中外合作办学特殊文化语境的前提和基础。破解文化语境隔障对高职中外合作办学带来的挑战主要应该从三方面入手:在合作办学过程中,保持对文化语境特殊性和多元性的高度敏感性;把握好国际与本土的适度张力;构建“在地国际化”的高职中外合作办学教育范式。The cultural context differences in regulation,standardization and cultural cognition between China and foreign countries are important challenges faced by Sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational schools.In the process of cooperative school running,the transfer of Chinese and foreign text systems is feasible,but the culture is not replicable.It is of great unpredictability and complexity to transfer the foreign philosophy and practice experience to the reality cultural context in China.It is the premise and basis of deconstructing and reconstructing the special cultural context of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools to trace the source of regulation,standardization and cultural cognition of the cultural context.The challenge of breaking the barrier of cultural context to Chinese-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational schools should be started from three aspects:in the process of cooperative education,maintaining a high sensitivity to the particularity and diversity of cultural context,grasping the appropriate tension between international and local,and constructing“local internationalization”of higher vocational Sino-foreign cooperative education paradigm.
