教育公平赋能共同富裕的理论机制与政策研究——基于中国省级面板数据的实证分析  被引量:8

摘  要:采用2000-2019年省级面板数据,用教育基尼系数的倒数作为教育公平的代理变量,并从富裕度、共同度、可持续度三个维度测算出共同富裕指数,研究了教育公平对共同富裕的影响机制及作用效果。结果显示:教育公平正向影响共同富裕,不仅影响共同度,而且对富裕度的正向促进作用更大;教育公平每增加1%,共同度提高0.80%,富裕度提高1.44%,共同富裕总指数提升2.74%。教育公平通过人力资本积累、区域创新能力和居民创业活力的中介作用促进共同富裕,其中区域创新能力的中介作用为46.74%,人力资本积累的中介作用为18.91%,居民创业活力的中介作用为6.72%。高等教育学科强、经济发展好、互联网普及率高的省份,教育公平对共同富裕的促进作用强。With provincial panel data from 2000 to 2019,the reciprocal of the education Gini coefficient was used as the proxy variable of education equity,and the common prosperity index was calculated from the three dimensions of affluence,commonality and sustainability,and the impact mechanism and effect of educational equity on common prosperity were studied,The results show that:Educational equity positively affects common prosperity,not only affecting commonality,but also promoting prosperity more.For every 1% increase in educational equity,commonality increases by 0.80%,affluence by 1.44%,and the total common prosperity index by 2.74%.Education equity promotes common prosperity through the intermediary role of human capital accumulation,regional innovation ability and residents'entrepreneurial vitality,of which the intermediary role of regional innovation ability is 46.74%,the intermediary role of human capital accumulation is 18.91%,and the intermediary role of residents'entrepreneurial vitality is 6.72%.Provinces with strong disciplines in higher education,sound economic development and high internet penetration rate have a strong role in promoting common prosperity through educational equity.
