摘 要:产学研协同育人可以实质性地解决学校培养与企业岗位需要脱离、学生学习与社会实践脱离的问题。针对地方理工院校产学研合作的协同育人中实践教育与企业实际脱节太大的问题,以长春理工大学为例,通过修订产学研合作的协同育人培养方案、完善产学研合作的协同育人课程体系及构建产学研合作的协同育人实践实习基地等几方面,对地方理工院校产学研合作的协同育人问题进行了探索研究。经过产学研协同育人实践改革,高校教育可提高学生的实践能力、创新意识、科研能力及自身就业竞争力,并且为企业缩短培养合格员工周期、丰富企业活力并提高企业经济效益。同时,不仅丰富了教育学的理论,也为产学研协同育人相关研究提供了新的思路和方法。The cooperation of production,teaching and research can substantially solve the problem of university training and enterprise post needs,and students’learning is separated from social practice.Aiming at the problem that the practice education is too divorced from the actual situation of enterprises in the collaborative education of industry,university and research cooperation in local universities of science and technology,Changchun University of Technology is taken as an example to explore and study the collaborative education of local universities of science and technology through revising the collaborative education training program of industry,university and research cooperation,improving the collaborative education curriculum system,and building the collaborative education practice base.The practice and reform of cooperative education of production,teaching and research,college education can improve students’practical ability,innovation awareness,scientific research ability and their own employment competitiveness,and shorten the period of cultivating qualified employees for enterprises,enrich enterprise vitality and improve economic efficiency.At the same time,it not only enriches the theory of pedagogy,but also provides new ideas and methods for the research on the cooperative education of industry,education and research.
