摘  要:中国化学奥林匹克竞赛是五大学科竞赛之一,其权威性和对学生创新能力的培养非常明显。开展化学竞赛培训是学校基于科教强国战略背景下进行的化学第二课堂实践,科学化实施培训有助于培养创新型学习者。厘清化学竞赛对学生和学校的意义、制定合理的选拔措施、循序渐进的教学安排、形成独立自主的学习意识、培育坚韧不拔的正确价值观等5个方面的落实有助于竞赛培训的体系化、结构化推进,切实落实学生化学学科核心素养和自然科学研究综合素养。Chinese Chemistry Olympiad is one of the five disciplines competition, its authority and the cultivation of students' innovative ability is very obvious. Carrying out chemistry competition training is the secondary classroom practice of chemistry based on the strategy of strengthening the country through science and education. Scientific implementation of training is helpful to cultivate innovative learners. Clarifying the significance of chemistry competition to students and schools, formulating reasonable selection measures, step-by-step teaching arrangements, forming an independent learning consciousness, and cultivating tenacious correct values will help the systematic and structured promotion of competition training, and effectively implement students' core literacy of chemistry and comprehensive literacy of natural science research.
