摘 要:在综合考虑企业、教师及学生等参与主体的基础上,通过咨询专家和发放调查问卷,并结合因子分析降维,构建了高职院教产教融合效能评价体系。该评价体系包括一级指标4个、二级指标12个、三级指标35个。运用层次分析法确定的权重值表明:一级指标中,教学育人和毕业生评价具有较高的权重,是产教融合效能评价的重要评价内容;二级指标中,校企合作协同育人、学生的就业能力和职业素养等指标具有较高的权重。该评价体系的建立将为管理部门制定相关政策和高职院校产教融合效能的提升提供决策参考。This paper attempts to construct an evaluation index system for the effectiveness of industry-education integration in vocational colleges based on factor analysis.It applies the analytic hierarchy method to determine the weight of each index.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of enterprises,teachers and students and other participants,through consulting experts and issuing questionnaires,combined with factor analysis and dimensionality reduction,the evaluation system was constructed.It includs four first-level indicators,twelve second-level indicators and thirty-five third-level indicators.The weight value determined by analytic hierarchy method shows that among the first-level indicators,the evaluation of teaching education and graduates has a high importance,which is an important evaluation content of the evaluation of the effectiveness of industry-education integration.Among the secondary indicators,indicators such as school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education,employability of students and professional quality have high weights.The establishment of this evaluation system will provide a decision-making reference for the formulation of relevant policies of the management department and the improvement of the efficiency of industryeducation integration in vocational colleges.
